This 5” x 7” spiral notebook features my original graphite drawing of Annie, a sweet senior rescue whose journey is a beautiful reminder that it’s never too late for a second chance.

After her owner passed away, Annie was surrendered to Sophia’s Grace Foundation. Years of fear and instability had left her quiet, cautious, and unsure of the world around her. At 10 years old, she entered foster care with Pam, carrying the weight of a difficult past.

But sometimes, hearts simply know where they belong.

Pam realized she couldn’t ask Annie to face another goodbye. What began as fostering quickly became forever, and Annie found the loving home she had always deserved.

Today, Annie is the princess of the house—surrounded by soft beds, gentle hands, and endless love. Her transformation is a testament to the healing power of patience, compassion, and rescue.

This notebook celebrates Annie’s incredible journey and honors every senior dog still waiting for someone to believe in them.
