Elmer

Meet Elmer! He was rescued from a puppy mill through a Freedom Ride. He came into Jennifer's grooming shop in need of some TLC. She gave him a free bath, got him cleaned up, and he ended up finding his furever home with her. Jen ended up keeping this little baby and you can find him most days working hard at the Posh Pet Boutique.
