Meet Jasper! He is an extremely shy, beautiful kitty. He does not feel safe in the hectic environment at the shelter. He does not strike out when being petted, telling us he is not mean, but is merely afraid. He would do best in an all-adult home where his safe space is respected.  Jasper would flourish in a home where he is given a lot of TLC and love – is that with you?
