Maddie

Meet Madeline! Her nicknames and Maddie and Mad Dog. She was rescued back in November of 2021 when she was 9 years old. Maddie and her sister Mocha came from a farm in Geneva, Ohio. She came from an unfortunate situation where there were many animals involved. Maddie and Mocha both came to her owners covered in fleas and dirt, underweight, and missing patches of hair. After lots of love they were both cleaned up and up to a healthy weight, and had shiny, velvety, full, soft coats. Maddie has always been laid back. She rarely likes to play with toys, but she enjoys sniffing outside and taking long naps on her bed. She is referred to as rose: beautiful and sweet but can also be prickly thorn. She enjoys her space and does not like other dogs or people in her space for too long. Maddie is currently suffering from osteoarthritis. Besides her arthritis, she has no other medical issues! She is currently 15 years old and is getting reading to celebrate her 16th birthday on May 28th, 2025!
