This 5” x 7” spiral notebook features my original artwork of Muffin, a sweet senior rescue whose journey proves it’s never too late for a second chance.

When Muffin arrived at Sophia’s Grace Foundation on September 6, 2025, she had been found wandering along Route 30 between East Canton and Minerva. She was severely matted, her nails had grown into the pads of her feet, and at an estimated 10–13 years old, she had likely never received the veterinary care every dog deserves. The dog wardens lovingly named her Muffin because she looked like a little “ragamuffin.”

After receiving the medical care she needed, this tiny girl slowly began discovering what love and comfort truly felt like. Her mom affectionately calls her “Muffy Toughy,” a nickname that perfectly captures her resilient spirit.

On November 7, 2025, Muffin’s life changed forever when she found her forever home. Today, she spends her days living the good life alongside her rescue siblings, Vivi and Charlie Tuna. Her only real concern is making sure everyone knows when it’s dinner time, complete with her adorable little grumble that sounds like a tiny baby beaver.
